"Save to R.RT.com" is an internal tool for RapinnoTech recruiters. It saves candidate profiles that a recruiter chooses into the company's own recruitment system, Recruit Desk (recruit.rapinnotech.com). It is only usable by signed-in RapinnoTech staff.
Only when the recruiter clicks Save page, Crop or Save to R.RT.com in the right-click menu, the extension sends to recruit.rapinnotech.com:
Nothing is sent at any other time. The extension does not read pages in the background, does not track browsing, and does not collect browsing history.
The extension uses the recruiter's existing Recruit Desk login in the same browser, or an optional personal key the recruiter creates in Recruit Desk. The key is stored in the browser's extension storage and can be switched off at any time in Recruit Desk. No passwords are stored by the extension.
Saved profiles are stored in Recruit Desk for recruitment purposes only: matching candidates to open job requirements and contacting them about roles. Data is not sold, not shared with third parties for advertising, and not used for any purpose unrelated to recruitment.
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored on RapinnoTech's own servers. Access is limited to authorised RapinnoTech staff by role.
A person whose profile was saved can ask for access, correction or deletion at naresh@rapinnotech.com.
